We stand behind the quality of every ÔFltr product. From faucet filters to bottles, each item is designed to perform reliably and sustainably. That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all ÔFltr filters and accessories.

✅ What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Functional issues not caused by misuse
• Faulty components or performance failures

❌ What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from drops, mishandling, or improper cleaning
• Loss of parts or accessories
• Paint peeling due to impact or abrasion

📝 How to Register

To activate your warranty:

• Send an email to support@ofltr.com 
• Use the subject line: “WARRANTY REGISTRATION”
• Include your order number and purchase invoice
• Submit within 7 days of receiving your product

You’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.

🛠️ How to Claim

If you experience an issue:

• Email support@ofltr.com with your order details
• Attach photos or videos showing the problem
• Our team will assess and respond within 48 hours

Please note:

Only the affected part will be replaced

• Each product is eligible for one warranty claim
• Refunds are not issued under warranty—only replacements
